All software products are copy-protected by a dongle (Hardlock). There are two different dongle versions available:

	The USB version is designed for the USB interface and can only be used under Windows98/ME/2000/XP (not Windows95 or NT4.0). The Hardlock USB offers maximum compatibility, because there will be no problems with any devices connected to the parallel or serial port.
	The parallel port version can be operated both at the parallel or serial port (25 pin dsub).

Please indicate in your order which type of dongle (USB or parallel) is desired. If this is not specified, you will receive the USB type dongle.

The Avisoft-RECORDER USG software is recommended for operating the USG hardware. ** Avisoft-RECORDER USG is linked to the UltraSoundGate device. This software can only be used, if the associated UltraSoundGate device is connected to the computer (no extra dongle required).

The delivery time for hardware products will depend on the current availability.

All prices are quoted without VAT. For other currencies see the current . Customers in Germany and the countries of the European Union have to add 16% VAT. Customers in countries of the European Union, who have a VAT number will not be charged for VAT.

Terms of Payment

Software products will be shipped immediately after receiving an official purchase order if the order is placed by an university or institute. Other private customers and companies should send a check (payable to "Raimund Specht") in advance. Payment by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is also possible.
